Software for the work behind the business

I help businesses cut down on work they're doing by hand and make their software fit the way they operate. We start with the tools you use now and where they get in the way.

Start with an ordinary workday

Show me the software you pay for, the spreadsheets you keep, and the tasks you repeat. That might be copying figures between apps or checking for missed clock-outs at the end of a shift.

We work out what can be automated and where a custom tool would help. The result can be one small improvement or a connected system for the business. We keep the parts that already work well.

An example: restaurant scheduling

For Tony's Pizzeria, I built a website and internal tools that cover scheduling, tip calculations, and missed clock-out checks. The aim is to take recurring manual work out of the team's day and give it a place in one system.

The public walkthrough follows a schedule change: checking availability, reviewing the affected staff, and sending shift updates. It uses demonstration names and simulated sends.

Agree on the boundaries before building

We agree on the tasks the software needs to cover and how it will work with what you already use. Typical one-time builds are around $1,000–$5,000, with larger systems quoted beyond that range.

Hosting and ongoing care are scoped separately. You can email or text me for help, and I respond within 1–2 business days. We agree on extra work before I begin it.
