Company knowledge, with the source close by
Clay is the private knowledge assistant I built for American Clay's staff. It uses company product documentation to help answer questions and prepare customer replies.

From a question to a useful resource
Staff can ask a product question, read an answer grounded in the documentation, and turn that answer into a customer reply. The resource library gives them a way to find and open the supporting guide.
A concrete example
The public demonstration asks why a second plaster coat is sliding instead of sticking. Clay uses published troubleshooting guidance to explain that the first coat may still be too wet. The next steps are to draft a short reply and find the Application Troubleshooting Guide in the library.
The demonstration is scripted and uses public guidance. The client's working assistant remains private.
Keep the supporting guidance accessible
The resource library gives staff a direct route to the product guidance behind an answer. They can open the document, check the context, and review the wording before sending a customer reply.
My part
I built the assistant and resource library and provide hosting and upkeep.
